  In September 2021 we broke down outside of Sarcoxie, Mo in our 2019 Ram 2500 while hauling our 5th wheel. We got the camper towed to a camp ground right across from where we broke down and the truck was taken to Wood Chrysler Dodge. Austin was kind enough to bring my husband back out to the campground and was so helpful while we were stranded. The service department was amazing and were on top of getting the fuel system replaced and getting us back on the road.
  
  We were soo impressed with Austin and the service team that we decided to drive the hour to Wood Chrysler Dodge to order our new truck! Austin helped us in ordering our 2022 Ram 3500 dually and he kept on top of the progress of our order and was awesome with answering any questions we had. Everyone we have encountered at Wood Chrysler Dodge have been very friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

  Got stranded in Carthage over the weekend. The starter went out of my truck. They had a new one on hand and was able to get back on the road in about 3 hours. The service was much appreciated!!!
