Attempted to call the 1300 number with a wait, hence this email.
I reside in Broken Hill and wish to raise my concern about the constant lack of respect with parcel deliveries and leaving gates open.
I received a parcel yesterday, among quite a few I get and yet again the front gate was left wide open!
We get alot of stray dogs around our region and have chewed up my front garden, of which I take pride in.
I would appreciate if the common courtesy approach of... if a gate is shut, shut it behind you! And communicate this to your drivers not just in Broken Hill but across the board.
Failing this, I am more than happy to bill the company for the cost of my front garden to be redone as it is being destroyed from the gate being left open and stray dogs entering.
Thank you for your time in reading this, hope to see a positive change in this request, not just for myself but others also.
